While maintaining contact between your phone and OPUS card, slide it down your phone. It will vibrate once you hit the detection area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not holding your OPUS card against your phone for long enough:<\/strong> The OPUS card must be kept flat against the phone for a few seconds for the reader to work properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not being able to read the OPUS card chip:<\/strong> Some cards use older chips that cannot be read or recognized by the NFC feature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protective case or shell interfering with the NFC signal:<\/strong> Please remove your phone from its case or shell and try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are still having difficulties reading your card\u2019s contents, please let us know by opening the contact form in the section Support\/Contact us of the app.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":116,"template":"","faq_groups":[178],"class_list":["post-45761","faq","type-faq","status-publish","hentry","faq-group-opus-card-reading"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Why isn\u2019t my phone detecting my OPUS card, even after several tries?
