{"id":53852,"date":"2024-03-08T15:06:57","date_gmt":"2024-03-08T19:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.artm.quebec\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=53852"},"modified":"2024-03-27T15:37:47","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T19:37:47","slug":"what-should-i-do-if-adding-fares-to-my-opus-card-fails-after-payment-has-been-made","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/www.artm.quebec\/en\/faq\/what-should-i-do-if-adding-fares-to-my-opus-card-fails-after-payment-has-been-made\/","title":{"rendered":"What should I do if adding fares to my OPUS card fails after payment has been made?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once you have paid for your fare, you have 30 minutes to add it to your OPUS card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Chrono application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201cRead-Reload OPUS\u201d from the main menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press \u201cStart reading\u201d (this step is not necessary for Android).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press your OPUS card onto the top of your phone (as you did when reading the contents).
